A1 How do I create an account?
Register with your email and password. A 6-digit OTP is sent to your inbox — enter it on the Account page to verify before checkout.
A2 Why must my email be verified?
Verified email ensures order confirmations, tracking updates, and desk replies reach you. Resend the OTP anytime from Account if it expired.
A3 Where is my order history?
Sign in and open My orders to view past seed orders, totals, and dispatch updates synced to your account.

B1 How do I track a seed order?
Use your order number and email on Track order. Status emails fire after checkout and when dispatch milestones change.
B2 Can I cancel or request a return?
Open your order on the status page and submit a support form for cancellations, delivery issues, or return requests. The desk replies during working hours.
B3 When will I receive confirmation?
An order confirmation email is sent immediately after checkout. UPI prepaid orders proceed to the payment gateway; COD orders queue for moisture-safe packing once confirmed.

C1 How are seeds packed for shipping?
Every lot is sealed in moisture-safe, light-resistant vault packs and cushioned in rigid mailers so seed viability stays protected in transit.
C2 What if my pack arrives damaged or wrong?
Report concerns within 72 hours of delivery with photographs of the pack and label. See our Germination & Returns Assurance for eligibility.
C3 Why did some seeds not germinate?
Germination depends on soil, moisture, temperature and sowing depth. Follow the guidance on each pack; hard-coated tree and fruit seeds may need soaking or scarification first.

D1 Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI for prepaid orders and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible PIN codes. COD may include a ₹49 courier fee shown at checkout.

Yes — UPI prepaid seed orders include free standard shipping. You are redirected to the payment gateway after placing the order.
